Edible Flower Crepes

 

🌱 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (I use oat milk)

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar

  • a pinch of salt

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 eggs

  • A few drops vanilla extract (optional)

  • Add more fillings of your choice.

🌱 Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.

  2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight. The more time the better since it allows flour particles to swell and soften, giving crepes a light texture.

  3. Heat a pan with some butter.

  4. Pour batter evenly into the pan.

  5. When the surface of the crepes is about to firm up, put the pansy petals in, gently press them down. When the petals are flat, flip it and cook another 20 seconds.

  6. Serve with syrup of your choices :)
