5:30am Morning Routine in the Countryside
In winter the sun won't rise until after 8 AM.
I have to admit that being greeted by darkness when the alarm clock rang early Monday morning is tough :P But getting up early allows me to start my day with a sense of accomplishment, helps me to feel more energized and focused throughout the day.
